About the Role
Key Requirements
* Educational background in Engineering or Management
* More than 6 years of experience in project delivery and over 4 years in managing technology projects
* Experience in the banking sector (preferably)
* In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (such as Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban)
* Ability to create and manage schedules, budgets, and resources
* Experience with tools such as MS Project and Jira
* Ability to analyze data and KPIs to monitor project progress and performance
* Identification and mitigation of potential risks
* Strong skills in managing stakeholder expectations and needs
* Experience in implementing complex IT projects (ideally involving OutSystems, Appian, APIs)
