The role will drive security simplification and remediation activities as part of the S/4 HANA transformation, ensuring clean, compliant, and future-proof access management aligned with Clean Core and Zero-Trust security principles.ResponsibilitiesLead security remediation activities to align legacy roles and authorization objects to S/4 HANA security standardsAnalyze and redesign authorization concepts, eliminating obsolete roles and enforcing principle of least privilegeEnsure Fiori role-based access (catalogs, groups, spaces) is aligned with task-based security designCollaborate with functional and development teams to integrate security checkpoints in remediation and extension activitiesDefine SAP security governance framework, including role naming standards, So D rules, and clean core security complianceConduct risk analysis (GRC or equivalent) and ensure Segregation of Duties (So D) policies are implementedSupport ATC clean core compliance, ensuring no hard-coded security bypasses or custom auth logic in extensionsWork closely with audit, compliance, and internal control functions to address data access and compliance requirementsCoordinate test cycles for role remediation, including access simulation, UAT authorization testing, and user onboarding supportProvide guidance to junior security analysts and act as the security focal point in the transformation programQualifications5+ years of SAP Security & Authorization experience, preferably in S/4 HANA or late ECC with exposure to S/4 migration projectsSolid understanding of: Fiori Launchpad security (catalogs, spaces, tiles, OData access);
S/4 HANA authorization concepts and simplification items;
Role remediation and redesign under clean core strategy;
