Senior Business Analyst & Tester
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst & Tester to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!
Location: Lisbon
Main Tasks:
* Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements.
* Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across systems.
* Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and Testers across Portugal, Switzerland, and Singapore.
* Support solutions related to the full client lifecycle and relationship management within the CLM/CRM domain.
* Perform business process modelling to support solution design and process optimization.
* Manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment between business expectations and delivery outcomes.
* Design and execute test cases to validate software quality and functionality.
* Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software reliability and compliance with business requirements.
* Validate spreadsheets, cross-check data across multiple systems, and perform data validation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
* Support the team in ensuring high-quality deliverables across both business analysis and testing activities.
* Contribute actively in Agile environments, while being comfortable working with Waterfall methodologies when required.
Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
* Proven experience in CLM/CRM environments.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
* Experience with requirement gathering, business process modelling, and stakeholder management.
* Strong experience in software testing, including test case design, functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing.
* Strong ability in technical writing and documentation.
* Experience with data validation, spreadsheet validation, and cross-checking information across systems.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
* High attention to detail, accountability, and initiative.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team members.
* Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Language Skills:
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
* French is mandatory.
