Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and have experience managing delivery across multiple squads.
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and ensuring that delivery is well-coordinated, transparent, and aligned with business priorities.
They will also be expected to partner with product managers to balance delivery priorities, scope, and timelines across squads, and collaborate with tech leads to coordinate dependencies and unblock delivery.
Maintaining visibility of delivery progress, risks, and issues across the value stream, communicating effectively with stakeholders, is also an essential part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in an agile environment
* Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar) and delivery practices
* Experience managing delivery across multiple squads
* Excellent facilitation and communication skills, able to bring together diverse perspectives and drive alignment
* Experience working in a value stream or product-based delivery model
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Business functions
* Ability to balance delivery discipline with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with Agile metrics and reporting to track delivery health and progress
