This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position.DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, execute, and optimize weekly email newsletters and promotional sends, and manage the entire funnelBuild and manage lifecycle automation: onboarding, dormant reactivation, upsell/cross-sellLead segmentation strategies for agencies, brands, and different buyer profilesWork with design/content to ensure compelling creative and UXAnalyze email revenue performance and deliver actionable recommendationsEnsure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulationsREQUIREMENTS:5+ years in email marketing, preferably in B2B or agency/marketplace environmentsProven success building email revenue funnels, ideally with upsell/retention mechanicsExperience in ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or MarketoFluent written/spoken English with strong copy instinctsComfortable with HTML/CSS for minor adjustmentsAvailable between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
