What to Do
* Work across multiple product teams (VIP, CRM, antifraud, finance and others), not tied to a single team
* Build dashboards, calculate experiment results, write feature research, manage event tracking, and handle ad hoc requests
* This role does not involve marketing analytics or data engineering tasks
* Maintain a strong product mindset: not just analyzing numbers but proposing hypotheses and improving the product
* Create insightful reports, dashboards, and automated solutions
* Support the product team with data-driven insights
* Design, run, and interpret A/B tests
* Solve data-related issues using strong problem-solving skills
* Collaborate with teams to shape the product vision through data insights
Your Superpowers
* 3+ years of relevant experience as a Product Analyst (Middle+ level, ideally closer to Senior)
* Experience with product analytics, improving conversion and retention, A/B testing, and product experiments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Hands-on experience using Amplitude (in some cases Mixpanel) as a primary analytics tool
* Advanced SQL skills and experience working with DWH systems (Redshift, BigQuery, ClickHouse, Snowflake or similar), including CTEs, window functions, and query optimization
* Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Apache Superset or similar
* Willingness to work with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT and integrate AI into analytics workflows
Bonus Points
* Experience with dbt (optional, can be learned)
* Experience with modern data stack and infrastructure as code
* Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Lightdash
* Python skills for data manipulation and analysis
* Experience with Airflow DAGs
* Understanding of dbt and data modeling concepts
