We are looking for an experiencedHR Systems and Administration Specialist, based in Porto, to support a Swiss-based team. Your MissionThe purpose of this role is to proactively manage and enhance the user experience and processes surrounding the HR systems and applications used by the People & Culture Team. The successful candidate will join the People & Culture team and support the delivery of a high level of service to the ManpowerGroup Switzerland business, ensuring that reporting capability is achieved and delivered in a timely manner to key stakeholders and global functions. ResponsibilitiesFully understand and map out the structure and processes within the HR tools Trouble-shoot issues with the tool and rectify errors Suggest enhancements to improve user experience Ensure that all HR tools are kept updated and that the data is accurate and consistent Manage MARS (performance system) from a data input, export and reporting perspective Drive systems change projects to align to global processes Provide content for training purposes eg/ Manager and Employee training for tools + deliver the training via Teams Manage projects such as the updating of the Intranet with HR documentation, policies etc Deliver reporting requirements such as Headcount, Distribution Lists for training/ communication purposes, Quarterly Metrics etc Building dashboards to support and drive key priorities Ensure that reporting is delivered in a timely manner to all stakeholders Provide data as required, for example for audits, engagement surveys, headcount reporting etc Provide ad hoc support to HRBPs and admin colleagues as required to ensure the smooth running of the department Your backgroundEnglish fluency with either French or German language proficiency (B1) 2-3 years of minimum experience as an administrator with regular use of systems and solid excel experience Strong administrative skills (MS office products) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ready to lead impactful projects and be part of a global team?
