Decskill – DevSecOps We are looking for a DevSecops to join us.
Provide L2 support for Z/OS environments.
Schedule and monitor batch jobs using TWS (IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler) and Control-M .
Handle incidents (abends, SLA breaches, dependencies) and ensure production stability.
Manage datasets, JES queues, GDG, and file transfers.
Support application teams and optimize batch performance.
Participate in deployments and production changes.
Apply DevOps practices (automation, monitoring, security).
Syone – Application Support Syone is looking for an Application Support engineer.
Review and create application support knowledge articles.
Ensure all production deliverables are aligned with bank standards and best practices.
Strong knowledge on batch processing and support production incidents.
Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with infrastructure and application related issues.
Service monitoring, alerting, reporting and continuous improvement of the service quality and availability.
Technical Skills Provide technical support to system and application related issues on Windows/Linux environments used by the different domains in the client.
UNIX shell scripting/PowerShell/Python knowledge to automate the server/service/process restarts and other day-to-day activity.
Basic knowledge on Autosys (i.e. create new jobs / modify existing jobs).

Hands-on experience on Linux, Windows Server Administration.
Strong understanding on batch process & Autosys.
Good understanding in CICD tools.
Good understanding on ITIL practices.
Good to have: Basic understanding on networking and Storage.
DevOps Application Support – (Location: Lisbon) Key Responsibilities: Provide IT support aligned with business needs and understand operational workflows.
Monitor application performance and infrastructure/server resources.
Analyze technical requirements, plan implementations, and execute technical tasks.
Support post-release validation and monitoring improvements.
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.
Technical Skills: Strong experience with Red Head Linux and solid IT infrastructure knowledge .
Automation and scripting using Ansible and Python .
Experience with APM tools (preferably Dynatrace ).
Knowledge of container and cloud technologies (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, AWS/Azure/IBM Cloud).
Familiarity with Helm, HashiCorp (Vault), Argo CD .
Experience in Continuous Delivery, including automated deployments, rollbacks, and release processes using Terraform, Jenkins, and Git/GitLab .

Technical Support / SRE Engineer – (Hybrid, LISBON) Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and changes within SLA.
Troubleshoot Linux (RedHat) environments and critical applications.

Develop or support automation workflows using Ansible.
Perform data analysis and extractions using SQL.

Collaborate with finance and IT teams to improve system functionality and user experience.

Senior Application Production Support Specialist – Randstad Digital Main Tasks & Responsibilities: Incident & Problem Management: Respond to, diagnose, and resolve application-related incidents and service requests; conduct root-cause analysis.
User Support: Provide high-quality support to end-users (Front and Middle Office) for trading operations.
Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor application performance and health; perform routine maintenance to ensure stability.
Change Management: Assist in implementing changes to application environments according to ITIL processes.
Collaboration & On-Call: Work closely with developers, system administrators, and cross-functional IT teams; participate in scheduled on-call rotations.
Mandatory Requirements 5–6 years of proven experience in Application/Production Support within enterprise environments.

IT Support and Workstation Management (Long-Term Project) Technical Support and Remote Assistance: Handling requests via OTRS; manage requests according to SLA.
Remote diagnosis and resolution using tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk.
End-user support – Service Desk; clarify queries regarding Office 365, VPN, business applications.
Connectivity configuration – support home/remote network and VPN troubleshooting.
