We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to design and deliver advanced machine learning and analytics solutions, combining strong technical expertise with business impact and team leadership.
Dare to Have:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar
* 5+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning roles
* Strong expertise in Python for ML/DL (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow)
* Solid background in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference
* Experience building production-grade ML models
* Strong SQL skills for large-scale data processing
* Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, W&B, Databricks ML)
* Knowledge of cloud ML platforms (Azure ML, SageMaker, or Vertex AI)
* Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Databricks)
* Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Machine Learning or similar
* Fluent in written and spoken English
