Opportunity: R2R Specialist (Fixed Assets)
What will you do?
Create and maintain capital investments projects and its budgets;
Maintain fixed asset system for accounting, processing and reporting of the assets;
Record fixed asset acquisitions and disposals in the accounting system;
Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed;
Generate monthly depreciation postings, review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation;
Support the transfer of AUC balances to the Fixed Assets sub-ledger through close co-ordination with local business;
Monitor and report monthly capital expenditure to Managers;
Produce monthly and annual Fixed Assets account reports to the business;
Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management/business;
Assist the business on periodic physical counts of fixed assets;
Monthly reconciliation of the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger;
Perform quarterly account reconciliations on Blackline to ensure accuracy and compliance of reported Fixed Asset balances;
Assist in financial audit (internal/external) and tax filing activities;
Manage internal queries;
Regular control of the work output quality;
Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures;
Identify process harmonization and improvement opportunities;
What you'll need to succeed?
Accountancy qualification;
Strong command of verbal and written English;
