We are now looking for a Senior GenAI Engineer willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a remote project .
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, build and maintain Generative AI solutions in production environments
* Integrate LLMs into real products and business workflows
* Implement and operate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
* Develop AI-powered workflows and automations
* Ensure high standards of software quality, reliability and maintainability
* Define and apply sound engineering and architectural decisions
* Promote a strong culture of testing, code quality and robustness
Technical Profile:
* Proven experience delivering GenAI solutions in production
* Hands-on experience with:
* LLMs integration
* RAG pipelines
* AI-driven workflows and automations
* Strong background in software engineering
* Solid experience with clean, scalable and well-structured code
* Strong focus on automated testing and solution reliability
* Ability to work autonomously in complex technical contexts
