About the job
Act as Scrum Master, ensuring agile principles and practices are effectively implemented within the team.
Support the team in removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Configure and analyze reports and complex performance indicators to support decision-making.
Analyze organizational behaviors and structures and assess their impact on team processes.
Facilitate ceremonies, workshops, and alignment sessions to promote collaboration and transparency.
Drive the delivery of expected outcomes and ensure alignment with project objectives.
What are we looking for?
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
Scrum Master certification (PSM II or A-CSM).
Advanced level of English (both spoken and written).
Location: Hybrid, Lisbon
