Key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional B2B customer support via email, chat, and outbound phone calls
* Assisting with pre- and post-sales queries related to online advertising tools and services
* Guiding clients in navigating platform tools, resolving bugs, and improving ad performance
* Analyzing trends and troubleshooting common issues affecting business users
* Offering white glove support by converting email/chat cases into proactive outbound assistance
To excel in this position, you will require:
* Fluency in Spanish (C2 level or higher, written and spoken) and English (B2 level or higher, written and spoken)
* Previous experience in customer service or digital marketing is a plus
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask using various tools and systems
* EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work authorization required
