To know more, visit About the role We are looking for an experienced T alent Acquisition Specialist (4–6 years) who is passionate about hiring top IT talent and confident navigating a competitive market using modern, AI-enabled and data-driven recruitment practices .
At Celfocus, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced technology environment, partnering closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week working from the office and the remaining days remote.
As a part of your job, you will: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, ensuring an excellent candidate experience aligned with Celfocus' culture.
Partner with Hiring Managers through detailed role briefings and continuous alignment.
Source, attract, and map talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and multiple sourcing strategies.
Assess candidates through structured, competency-based interviews.
Leverage AI-enabled tools and data to improve sourcing, screening, and hiring decisions.
Collaborate within a supportive TA team that shares knowledge and maintains high-quality standards.
What are we looking for?
Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within technology or consulting environments.
Proven experience recruiting IT profiles.
Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (C1).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
