Senior E-Commerce Lead for Italian Market
We are seeking an experienced Senior E-Commerce professional to join our team as a Category Lead for the Italian market. This is a challenging role that requires expertise in e-commerce strategy, category management, and financial ownership.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy for Italy, focusing on sustainable growth and profitable margin structure.
* Oversee the economic performance of product categories, driving revenue and profitability through data-driven insights and pricing strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products, optimize pricing, and manage product lifecycle.
* Ensure coherent and impactful promotional calendars that align with overall business goals.
* Improve digital storefront presentation, online conversion, and assortment visibility in collaboration with the Regional Webshop team.
* Support initiatives aimed at optimizing cost structures, improving supply reliability, and strengthening operational performance for the Italian business.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or related fields.
* At least 2 years of experience in Category Management, Strategy, Consulting, or related roles (ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods).
* Experience owning or contributing to P&L performance.
* Strong analytical and strategic mindset, able to connect data, pricing, product performance, and customer insights.
* High level of ownership and entrepreneurial approach.
* Solid understanding of commercial levers (pricing, margins, channel dynamics, portfolio management).
* Strong execution and project coordination skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Fluency in English and Italian.
