We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
Senior IT Project Manager - Hybrid (Porto - 3 days/week)
Hard skills
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in integration projects.
Strong background in managing complex, multi-system integrations.
Expertise in project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, middleware, ESB).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Project (mandatory).
Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
Responsibilities
Project Delivery:
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
Integration Management:
Oversee design and implementation of integration solutions between enterprise systems and external platforms (e.G., CRM, e-commerce, logistics, finance).
Ensure compliance with security, performance, and data integrity standards.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
Provide clear communication on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
Risk & Quality Control:
Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality and compliance requirements.
Budget & Resource Management:
Manage project budgets and optimize resource allocation.
Change Management:
Drive adoption of new processes and systems through structured change management.
