The role and your mission:
At Salt, we're on a mission to transform Digital – and to do so, we are looking for a creative, technical and versatile Graphic Designer. If you have a creative vision, are fast in execution, have a strong visual judgement and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, you need to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning digital experiences that meet customer needs while driving digital sales. You will be developing visual campaigns, adaptations and creative concepts for Salt and its sub-brands. For this mission, we are looking for a team member that is innovative, energetic, and has deep expertise in Figma as well as AI tools such as Reve.art, Runway and ChatGPT. In addition to campaign work, you will occasionally contribute to web-related visual resources, so knowledge of UX/UI and digital design focused on user experience is highly valued.
You will be part of the Digital Team and you will collaborate closely (and daily!) with cross-functional teams, especially with Digital, Marketing Communications and Product Management.
Your work:
Drive and contribute to the mission of the Digital team to increase online sales
Design visual concepts for digital campaigns for Salt and its subbrands GoMo, Lidl Connect, Post Mobile – using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Reve.art
Adapt & execute the overall campaign concept for all performance marketing channels (e.g. Google, Meta) and digital partners, optimizing visuals according to each platform's technical specifications and safe zones
Adapt and resize materials for different formats and channels (social media, display, video, etc.)
Develop short animations or motion graphics for campaigns, using AI tools such as Runway
Participate in creative ideation and concept development processes, aligning with multiple stakeholders across the commercial unit: Marketing Communications, Digital, Sales, Product Management
Create web assets such as icons, illustrations, or UI elements
Collaborate with the eCommerce Team on UX/UI design tasks, contributing both aesthetic and functional insights
Use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance workflow and visual quality, such as ChatGPT, Reve.art or Runway
What you bring:
Proven experience in digital graphic design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and advanced skills in Figma
Familiarity with AI tools applied to design (Adobe Firefly, Runway, Reve.art, ChatGPT, etc.) – proven record of using them for your work
Proficiency in using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Reve.art or Runway
Knowledge of motion design or animation
Understanding of UX/UI design and responsive web design
Experience creating iconography, illustrations, and digital visual assets
Solid understanding of file formats, resolutions, and platform safe zones
Strong grasp of branding, composition, and visual storytelling
Ability to work efficiently, independently, and with great attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Accessibility knowledge.
Excellent organization and time management skills – even under tight deadlines
The ability to stay structured and organized while working creatively
Good communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment
Fluency in English (C1 level Mandatory).
