Responsibilities
* Contact clients who are using the 3-month trial period QuickBooks version through phone, ensuring the best quality service.
* Engage with the clients, explaining the advantages of having the paid version and closing the sale.
* Solve issues with precision and efficiency that customers may face.
* Perform corrections and optimize customers' technical knowledge.
* Meet and exceed our service quality goals, comply with regulations and meet productivity targets.
* Create an amazing experience that people value and we are proud of.
* Follow management direction and provide feedback.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales and account management (mandatory).
* Native or proficient level of Arabic (C2).
* Native or proficient level of English (C2).
* Strong communication skills – excellent phone conversation, attentive listening and superior writing skills.
* Analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
* Persuasive skills.
* Self‑motivating skills.
* Negotiation skills.
* Desire to learn, advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver.
* Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
* Local candidate or willing to relocate to Porto, Portugal.
