OM Digital Solutions is currently looking for an Audio Pro Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing the After-Sales support infrastructure for Audio Pro in the EMEA region.

What you’ll do:
1. Monitor and manage ticket queues daily to meet service level commitments.
2. Respond to customer requests via CRM system, phone, email, chat sessions, or WebEx sessions.
3. Track and follow through on escalated issues to ensure they are researched and resolved to meet or exceed customer expectations.
4. Troubleshoot OM Digital Solutions digital product issues.
5. Support troubleshooting of software and installation across different operating systems (Windows, Mac) and network environments, including VDI.
6. Assist in reporting, analyzing, and coordinating cross-functional corrective actions related to audio software and hardware.
7. Support R&D and engineering in support activities, including hardware and software testing, and Factory Acceptance Testing.
8. Contribute to the development and improvement of maintenance systems and standards.
9. Participate regionally in rebuilding and maintaining good client relations.
10. Collaborate with regional operations, marketing, and sales teams.
11. Manage open case queues to prevent backlog.
What you’ll need:
1. University degree.
2. Logical and analytical thinking skills.
3. Self-directedness and organizational skills.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in English.
6. PC skills, including office software (MS Office, Lotus Notes, etc.).
7. Strong communication skills.
8. Ability to work under time constraints.
9. Ability to maintain long-term professional commitment.
10. Basic knowledge of databases and BI systems.
