Business Development Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Development Manager to join our dynamic environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the lead generation and qualification process, identifying and reaching out to potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the digital marketing sector. You will possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate well over the phone. A track record of exceeding sales targets is essential.

This role requires collaboration with Sales Managers to guide leads through the sales funnel until activation. Maintaining a visible and updated pipeline in our CRM platform, focusing on meeting KPI targets, is also crucial.


Requirements

* Fluent or native English speaker; other languages like Spanish are highly valued.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the digital marketing sector.
* Track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Proactivity and eagerness to learn and grow quickly.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the lead generation and qualification process, identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
2. Develop and implement prospecting strategies to expand our client base.
3. Engage and represent the company, conducting discovery meetings and attending international events and visits to potential clients.
4. Collaborate with Sales Managers to guide leads through the sales funnel until activation.
5. Maintain a visible and updated pipeline in our CRM platform, focusing on meeting KPI targets.
