Our aim is to help and inspire small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to have successful communications by changing the way they develop and implement their marketing strategy.Role:Supporting technical analyses associated with product complaints;Supporting the technical quality control process for production sent in by partners;Identifying and prioritizing process problems, optimizing process efficiency and quality;Developing and implementing operational procedures and ensuring their effectiveness;Understand and analyze causes of process variability and define procedures to eliminate them;Designing and defining critical process parameters, monitoring and ensuring compliance with them;Identify and prioritize process problems, optimizing process efficiency and quality.Hard Skills:Knowledge of ExcelFluency in English (preferred)About you:Degree in Industrial Engineering and/or Management or equivalentAbility of data analysisAutonomy and conflict resolution skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsWe offer:Meal allowance"On the job" trainingDynamic environmentEvents & Team buildings4 day workweek (9h per day - 36h)100% remote work (Portugal based)Workset (PC, headphones, mouse, screen)We know your name and address each other informally*Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted.
