Instant Payments (IPS) ;
end-to-endDirect Debitprocesses;
integrations acrossPayment Gateway, Core Banking, CSM, clearing and settlement ;
incident management, SLA monitoring and service stability ;
payment APIsand monitoring tools such asDynatraceandKibana ;
PSD2, open bankingand the regulatory framework applicable to payments.The position requires close interaction with business, operations, IT, architecture, security and external partners, ensuring the reliability, evolution and resilience of the payments service.Key requirements: hands-on experience applying project management methodologies;
solid operational knowledge of banking payment concepts;
experience in service management within critical environments;
Portuguese and English atminimum B1/B2level;
