The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top talent and will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talentSource and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networkingConduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualificationsMaintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activitiesEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisitionQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment (IT)Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsStrong organizational and time management skillsProficient in Portuguese and English
