Program Manager Role
The ideal candidate will assist the Advanced or Senior Program Manager in activities from program award to handover to production site.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Establish and follow up on program scheduling, collect and update program documentation, manage internal topics, and apply processes defined in the project management system.
* Organize documentation for continuity and contribute to knowledge management, ensure compliance with customer quality systems, HSE, safety, and regulation standards.
* Assist in review meetings and facilitate team collaboration.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree in engineering or business administration, minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial environment or product development, knowledge of quality tools, finance skills, and mastery of project management systems or equivalent.
* Fluent English, strong planning and organizing skills, accountability and transparency, international mindset, teamwork, autonomy, communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a matrix organization.
