We are looking for an
Senior PMO
Responsabilities:
Budgetary monitoring.
Definiton and control of the Tribe's capacity plan.
Risk assessement and its follow up.
Monitor and produce reports around permanent costs.
Monitor the Tribe's budget on all its costs and provide monitoring.
Requirements
:
Minimum 5 years' experience as PMO.
Experience with Excel - Expert.
Experience with SQL (Structured Query Language).
Experience with Financial control.
Experience with Budget and project planning Reporting.
Experience with Clarity project management system.
Coordination and motivation skills.
Systematica, logical and critical thinking.
Synthesis capabilities.
Committement to deliver.
Willingness to learn.
Tools:
Jira (advanced level).
Clarity (practical level).
Excel (advanced level).
PowerBI (practical level).
Ability to travel outside of Portugal.
Willing and able to work outside normal office hours in exceptional.
Fluent English.
Good level of French.
