Our work involves analyzing complex operational flows, designing seamless integrations, and bridging digital teams with plant operations. Our current initiatives include Order-to-Cash, Global Management Systems, and AI Roadmap, with each team member contributing expertise and ownership.
Job Summary
As a Manufacturing Systems Engineer, you will support the deployment of digital industrial solutions and provide business support for digital solutions. Your role involves integrating digital with industrial processes, identifying business requirements, and acting as the first contact point for diagnostics and problem-solving within DOS. You will understand the environment complexity and provide feedback for process improvements, supporting high-quality, on-time production.
Key Tasks & Activities
- Project Management:
- Manage deployment and adoption of digital tools across plants.
- Assess current digital setups, conduct gap analyses, and identify system improvement needs.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, plants, digital teams, and clients during implementation.
- Lead hypercare phase as the primary contact for projects.
- Support change management initiatives for digital tool adoption.
- Business Support:
- Provide first-level support for digital operations systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, managing solutions with relevant teams.
- Perform data analysis, sharing insights with the business.
- Identify opportunities for continuous digital improvements.
- Monitor KPIs, ensuring data consistency and operational efficiency.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate deployment tasks including testing, go-live, and training.
- Deliver regular training sessions on installed tools.
Who We Are Looking For
Background and Experience
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Entry-level with exposure to manufacturing or operations, through work or academic projects.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with digital ecosystems from a user perspective: MS Office, AI tools, digital-specific tools.
Interpersonal Skills
- Effective collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Openness to change and proactive ownership of tasks.
- Resilience and a strong backbone.
Availability for international travel is required.
