We would like to meet a Senior UX Designer for a project with a hybrid working model:
Responsibilities:
Lead the UX design process from discovery to delivery
Translate user needs and business goals into elegant design solutions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI specifications
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
Advocate for best UX practices and a strong design culture
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Senior UX Designer
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking
Hands-on experience with
Figma, Adobe Suite, or Sketch
for prototyping and UI specification
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and mentor other designers
