Job Title: Project Manufacturing Leader
This is a leadership role that requires a strong focus on production and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing industrial projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
* Design for Manufacturing: Contribute to product design that meets industrial targets and maximizes production profitability.
* Footprint and Make or Buy Studies: Conduct preliminary footprint analysis and make or buy comparative studies.
* Production System Definition: Organize, lead, and follow-up Lean Industrial Design workshops, involving all program and plant team functions.
* Process FMEA: Participate in the definition of Key Product Characteristics (KPC) and Key Control Characteristics (KCC), coordinating and leading the PFMEA methodology during program phase.
* CER Committee: Optimize Program Investment through Reuse, Bundling, Massification etc., building and monitoring the detailed Program Investment List.
Requirements:
* Masters degree in engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in production or industrial area preferably in automotive sector.
* Strong ability to work in an international and multicultural environment with complex matrix organization.
* Team building and positive mindset.
* Leadership with ability to interact and coordinate complex subjects with technical teams.
