Responsibilities:
- Drive the creation, development, and deployment of embedded solutions.
- Perform in-depth technical assessments of new requirements, ensuring smooth integration with current systems.
- Manage the upkeep and enhancement of the existing codebase.
- Collaborate with both national and international stakeholders to guarantee project success.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, cultivating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Deliver projects on time, ensuring alignment with quality standards and organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 7 years of proven experience in C/C++ software development.
- Expertise with MySQL databases and familiarity with Linux operating environments.
- Knowledge of Python programming is highly valued.
- Strong enthusiasm for software development, architecture, and engineering.
- Excellent leadership abilities with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team approach.
- Highly driven, with excellent time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Practical experience in developing and integrating embedded systems.
- Familiarity with communication protocols is advantageous.
- Skilled in Agile methodologies and tools, including Git, Jenkins, and JIRA.
