* 10/month performance bonus (120/year)
* 30/month complexity bonus
Working Hours

* Monday to Friday: 07:00 20:00 (rotational shifts)
* Saturday: 08:00 16:00
* Sunday: 08:00 17:00
* Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week

Your Responsibilities
* Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
* Assist with car reservations, changes, and issues
* Provide policy information and solutions in a professional manner
* Follow internal procedures and escalate when necessary
* Deliver excellent customer satisfaction and meet quality KPIs
Your Profile
* Fluent in German (spoken and written) required
* Good level of English for training and internal use
* Experience in customer service is an asset
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends
* Home office setup with stable internet connection
