As aCustomer Service Representative, you'll support Portuguese-speaking customers with travel bookings while delivering a smooth, professional, and friendly customer experience across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with bookings, changes, cancellations, and payment-related questions
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal procedures
- Manage a high volume of interactions while maintaining service quality
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction targets
Candidate Profile
- Portuguese: C1–C2 level (mandatory)
- English: Good working proficiency
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Calm, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment
