Program Manager – Product & Delivery Operations

We’re looking for a Program Manager to help us build the operational backbone of a new digital learning platform — driving alignment, structure, and delivery across multiple squads.
This hands-on role sits at the intersection of agile delivery and product operations, ideal for someone who connects people, process, and tools to keep teams moving with clarity and focus.
What you’ll do
* Coordinate delivery across multiple squads, ensuring progress is aligned with goals and deadlines.
* Own and optimize Jira configuration : workflows, boards, dashboards, filters.
* Define, adapt and improve agile rituals (plannings, standups, retros, demos).
* Drive visibility and alignment across product, engineering, and design.
* Identify and manage dependencies, blockers, risks — and proactively resolve them.
* Support squads with tools, process documentation, and delivery discipline.
* Contribute to building product operations foundations : consistent rituals, shared metrics, documentation practices.
* Report on delivery health and support leadership in planning and prioritization.
What we’re looking for
* Solid experience as a Program Manager, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager in digital product teams.
* Comfortable working with multiple cross-functional squads in a fast-paced environment.
* Deep, hands-on experience with Jira setup and management .
* Strong grasp of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and hybrid delivery approaches.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience in Product Operations is a strong plus.
* Resides in Portugal or has legal right to work and live in the country (required).
* Portuguese is a nice-to-have.
