As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Healthcare team, with a focus on specialty care and hospital environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in hospital and specialty care settings
- Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions using IQVIA's data, technology, and consulting capabilities
- Lead business development initiatives and manage complex sales cycles
- Engage with senior stakeholders including hospital administrators, medical directors, and procurement leads
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and long-term account planning

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
- Proven track record working with hospitals, specialty clinics, or public/private healthcare institutions
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus)
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of specialty care areas (e.g., oncology, immunology, rare diseases)
- Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and healthcare decision-making structures

- Excellent consultative selling and strategic account management skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, including C-level engagement
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Skilled in contract negotiation and managing complex sales cycles
- High adaptability and comfort in fast-paced, matrixed environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
