Support integrations and data flows between systems (imports/exports, data consistency checks, validations).
Create and maintain documentation: procedures, FAQs, knowledge base articles, quick guides.
Collaborate with external vendors when needed: requirements definition, ticket management, testing, validation, and delivery oversight.
Mandatory Requirements:
Proven experience in ERP support or implementation, ideally with PHC.
Strong background as a Systems Analyst / Application Support / Functional Analyst (mid to senior level).

Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical users, with the ability to translate operational issues into clear, actionable solutions.
