Your new role:
Lead Salesforce Data Cloud solution design and implementation for healthcare.
Define data models, identity resolution, and segmentation strategies.
Integrate data from diverse sources (EHRs, CRMs, marketing platforms).
Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
Develop data ingestion pipelines and calculated insights.
Support analytics teams with unified data views and insights.
What you need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years Salesforce experience, including 1+ year with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, identity resolution, and real-time data processing.
Healthcare industry expertise, understanding patient data and regulations (HL7, FHIR).
Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem (Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, MuleSoft).
Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
