Key Responsibilities:
* Set and enforce master data standards, rules, and policies across the organization.
* Ensure our data is accurate, trusted, and ready to drive business decisions.
* Manage SKUs, BOM updates, and the lifecycle of master data records.
* Monitor data performance and implement processes to maintain top-quality information.
* Investigate recurring data issues and lead efforts to resolve root causes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and accurate data input.
* Support MDM tools, system upgrades, and data migration initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
* Previous experience in a similar role (preferred).
* Proficient in MS Office tools.
* Experience with SAP (preferred).
* Fluent in Portuguese and English.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
* Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders in different contexts.
