Backlog Management:Expertise in supporting the writing and refinement of user stories/tickets to ensure they are "Ready" for development.
Quality & Design Alignment:Experience working closely withQEsto define acceptance criteria andDesignersto ensure functional requirements match the user experience.
Data-Driven Decision Making:Ability to identify "high-value" items to ensure the team stays focused on priorities that move the needle.
Tooling:Proficiency with Agile management tools (e.G., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
Analytical Mindset:Strong ability to spot bottlenecks in the process and suggest ways to improve ticket cycle time and flow.
