• Customer delivery engagements and/or provides support for large-scale solutions and complex issues through deep technical expertise.• Drives customer technology transitions, influencing solutions and services• Builds customer simulations to resolve/validate complex problems and compatibility issuesRole Specific Responsibilities:· Contribute effectively to the areas of Customer Problem Resolution.· Interact effectively with other Engineering to solve complex problems, identify serviceability issues, and drive the resolution of the issues with Engineering and other organizations.· Provides technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex customer problems· Owner and keeper of our culture· Continuously learning and strengthening technical skills for the relevant technical domain and adjacent technologies.· Based on project requirements, consults and works with customers and Cisco stakeholders to plan, design, install, configure, integrate, and/or optimize Cisco's suite of products and services to accelerate business outcomes· Supports pre-sale activities and translates business requirements into solution design.· Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Observe and troubleshoot network systems to maintain smooth operations.Required Skills and Experience:· Strong knowledge of Nexus Data Center technology and hands-on experience (VPC, VXLAN, etc.)· Strong knowledge of IP routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IGRP)· Hands-on experience with Nexus configuration and troubleshooting.· In-depth understanding of HSRP, VRRP.· Familiarity with Cisco router platforms and VPN technologies.· Ability to analyze and resolve complex network issues.· Knowledge of encryption standards and secure hash algorithms (e.g., AES, SHA-2).· Tools usage: Excel, Putty, SecureCRT. Notepad++, VS Code, or Sublime Text experience, Windows CMD, Linux, and using the web browser efficiently. Using windows adequately.· Fluent SpanishScope:· Interfaces internally and externally with customers, leadership, other Engineers, Partners, field personnel, CAP Managers, and internal engineering departments and product organizations.Expertise:· Typically requires a BS in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or equivalent plus 4+ years' experience of DC technology (CCNP, CCIE preferred)
