Description:
Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of KPIs for service performance across all Group companies in compliance with DORA
* Support Product Manager in DORA-related initiatives, ensuring alignment on scope and timelines
* Coordinate with Project Managers to monitor progress and escalate issues when needed
* Report regularly to Leadership on project status and risks
Profile:
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 3+ years' experience in project management, ideally with DORA implementation
* Knowledge of PMI/Agile, KPIs, and IT compliance
* Experience with multidisciplinary/multicultural teams
* Familiarity with BI tools and certifications like PMP, ITIL, or ISO 27001 are a plus
* Fluent in English
