Noesis is looking for professionals whith the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Analyse functional and technical requirements to design and execute manual test cases.
* Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
* Identify, document, and report defects clearly and accurately.
* Collaborate with developers and analysts to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
* Maintain up-to-date test documentation, including test plans and test reports.
* Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to planning and estimation of testing tasks.
* Support maintenance activities by validating fixes, improvements, and updates.
* Propose improvements to manual testing processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality.
Profile:
* At least 6 years of experience in functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing.
* Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
* Experience with test and defect management tools.
* Ability to document test plans and results.
* Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
* Ability to interpret technical specifications and business requirements.
* Great English communication skills, both written and spoken (B2 level or higher)
Functional Competencies:
* Detailed analysis of requirements.
* Design and execution of manual test cases.
* Effective incident management and reporting.
* Clear, effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong organisation and time management for handling multiple simultaneous tasks.
Highly Valued:
* Basic knowledge of test automation.
* Experience with Testmo.
* Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
* Familiarity with basic database and SQL concepts.
