IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure and maintain Windows and Linux servers (on-premise and virtual)
* Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and group policies
* Oversee patch management, backups and disaster-recovery procedures
* Design, monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs and wireless networks
* Implement security best practices: vulnerability scans, access controls and incident response
* Administer SAN/NAS storage solutions and capacity planning
* Deploy and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V or similar)
* Serve as escalated point of contact for Tier-2/3 support issues
* Manage endpoint deployments, software rollouts and mobile device management
* Develop and update documentation, runbooks and SOPs
* Coordinate with hardware/software vendors; track warranties and licenses
* Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle schedules
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT administration or infrastructure support
* Proficiency in administering Windows Server and Linux environments (on-premises and virtual)
* Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
* Understanding of network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs and wireless networks
* Knowledge of security best practices, including vulnerability management, access control and incident response
* Experience managing SAN/NAS storage, backup systems and disaster recovery plans
* Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V or similar
