Business Analyst – AI & Data Strategy
Are you passionate about AI and data-driven transformation? Do you want to play a key role in leveraging artificial intelligence to drive business value?
We are looking for a Business Analyst – AI & Data Strategy to bridge the gap between business needs and AI solutions. You will collaborate with multiple teams to design and implement AI-driven use cases that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and risk management.
Hybrid model: 6 days per month in the office (Saldanha, Lisbon).
Identify and define AI-driven business opportunities, working closely with different business areas.
Lead end-to-end project management of AI initiatives, ensuring impact and alignment with strategic goals.
Stay ahead of market trends in AI, monitoring use cases across industries and evaluating new technologies.
Manage and evaluate AI solution providers, driving partnerships and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Promote an AI-first mindset, supporting internal teams in adopting AI-driven strategies.
Work with cutting-edge AI tools and collaboration platforms (SCRUM, ML Notebooks, Teams, etc.).
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy, or analytics.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of statistics and data visualization.
- Understanding of predictive models (Random Forest, XGBoost, LGBM), recommendation engines, forecasting algorithms, pricing optimization, and segmentation techniques is a plus.
