Key Responsibilities
* Managing and optimizing full-funnel paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to secure high-value B2B leads.
* Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using tools like GA4 and Google Data Studio, ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded.
* Leading A/B testing efforts on creatives, messaging, and targeting for continuous improvement.
* Conducting keyword research to inform paid campaign targeting and SEO strategies, fostering synergy between organic and paid efforts.
* Collaborating with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
* Staying updated on industry trends and platform changes, adapting strategies accordingly.
* Preparing and presenting data-backed performance reports to stakeholders with actionable insights.
Required Skills
* Experience managing paid media campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
* Experience supporting ABM campaigns in a B2B environment.
* Knowledge of SEO principles to enhance paid media strategies.
* Hands-on experience with GA4 and data reporting tools.
* Strategic mindset with analytical rigor and testing discipline.
* Attention to detail and strong project management skills.
* Ability to manage budgets and report on ROI confidently.
* Excellent spoken and written English skills.
