Main responsibilities :
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Junior Controller to join our SSC Finance team in Portugal, supporting Hana Group countries. The role will support controlling and reporting activities across multiple countries, working closely with local finance teams and Group FP&A in a fast-paced international environment.
Main responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain controlling files
* Support budget, forecast, and actual closing
* Perform financial and variance analysis vs budget, forecast, and LY
* Support country performance monitoring and following up on KPIs
* Support process improvements and finance integration projects
Qualifications :
* Minimum: Frequency in University in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
* One to three years of experience in controlling, FP&A or accounting
* Fluent English (mandatory) and French is a plus
* Prior experience in international companies and fast paced environments
* Strong excel skills and willingness to learn about new systems
* Team oriented in multicultural work environment
