Functional Solutions Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Functional Solutions Specialist to join our team and play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions.
This professional will be responsible for understanding requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring that solutions meet business objectives and user expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and specification in collaboration with business stakeholders.
* Analyze and map business processes, workflows, and system interactions using BPMN 2.0.
* Design and document functional solutions aligned with business needs and technical feasibility.
* Prepare detailed technical and functional documentation.
* Perform functional testing to validate solutions against requirements.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders and IT technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Support process improvement and solution optimization initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Solid experience in process analysis, optimization, and solution design is required.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role is necessary.
Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools is highly valued.
Good English skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
Databases knowledge, particularly SQL, is a must.
