Job Description
We are seeking an expert in public service redesign to join our team for a new contract. The expert will be responsible for analysing and assessing the design, workflows, and business models of up to ten public services within the Single Digital Gateway framework.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in public administration, political science, digital governance, or similar, and at least 8 years' experience in public sector reform, service design, or digital transformation. Strong knowledge of administrative simplification, process re-engineering, and human-centric design is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse and assess the design, workflows, and business models of up to ten public services within the Single Digital Gateway framework.
* Propose redesigned service models aligned with user needs and digital delivery requirements.
* Draft implementation roadmaps and legislative inputs to support the transition to user-centred public services.
* Collaborate with public administration teams to facilitate simplification and modernisation of internal processes.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
* Master's degree in public administration, political science, digital governance, or similar.
Experience:
* At least 8 years' experience in public sector reform, service design, or digital transformation.
* Experience in EU Member States' administration or working with national digitalisation strategies.
Skills:
* Strong knowledge of administrative simplification, process re-engineering, and human-centric design.
