More than 15 (fifteen) years of professional experience in software development, with specialization in: Development with C#, .NET (.NET Framework and .NET Core); Development with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3; API/WebService development (REST, SOAP, WCF); Development with SQL and PL/SQL (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL); Development with non-relational databases (Elasticsearch and Redis); Use of Visual Studio IDE. More than 5 (five) years of professional experience in the Healthcare sector (public sector) in Portugal, including: Designing solution architectures; Performing technical analysis of solutions; Developing solutions using Microservices Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, and Clean Architecture; UML modeling. More than 5 (five) years of experience in Agile software development methodologies. More than 1 (one) year of experience in: Using Git, Docker, Jira, and Confluence tools; XML standards, XPath, XSD, HL7 FHIR, etc.; Using Bootstrap, ReactJS, and Entity Framework frameworks; User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI); Best practices (TDD, DDD, Design Patterns, SOLID); Using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Certifications in: Professional Scrum Master; AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner; ITIL; Microsoft MCP, MCP Specialist, and MCSA Web Applications. Knowledge of DevOps practices, including Azure Pipelines, Azure Security Code Analysis, Azure Test Plans, and Azure Repos.
