Your role in our team
You will drive the execution of our product portfolio strategy by managing Automation activities within R&D projects, coordinating engineering team planning and owning the technical implementation of lifecycle requirements based on product management and market insights.
Project Management
Project Management and Controlling of R&D and/or Portfolio Projects
Project Scheduling, definition and follow-up of project milestones, quality gates, and technical deliverables
Monitoring and evaluation of project progress at each stage of the product development process, including full cost transparency
Close collaboration with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
Coordination of internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and subcontractors
Managing open issues lists and test plans
Project reporting and communication to relevant stakeholders
Technical Product Ownership
Execute the product portfolio strategy by managing R&D projects, implement lifecycle requirements and ensure product standardization
Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact and product strategy. In close alignment with Product Management and Execution
Change request responsible, handling, implementation, and communication
Plan required product updates based on Product Management inputs, bridge between market needs and technical feasibility
Make data-driven decisions and adjust priorities based on feedback and performance metrics
Ensure up-to-datedness of technical documentation
In a collaboration with Product Management, definition of Interface Lists
Track compliance with target costs along product development and lifecycle, in close alignment with Supply Chain Management, initiate action if necessary (target cost to be defined by Product Management)
