5. Motion and interactive design – Animations and interactive assets that bring static concepts to life.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
11. 3+ years of experience in brand or communication design, preferably at a top-tier agency or in-house at a recognized brand.
12. Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing high-level decisions through design.
13. Technical expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion graphics.
14. A global perspective – understanding how design resonates across cultures and markets.
15. Experience in tech, innovation, or startup environments is a strong plus.
16. Self-starter mindset with the discipline to work in a remote-first culture.
