About the Role
This role combines strategic ownership with direct involvement in integrations and platform hardening. You will govern solution design, integration patterns, and security while partnering with HR and IT leadership to deliver a cohesive, future-proof architecture.
Your Responsibility
You will be responsible for defining and maintaining the HR technical architecture roadmap, ensuring interoperability and data consistency across HR systems, designing and governing integration frameworks, security, and GDPR compliance, facilitating global SuccessFactors projects and adjacent platform integrations, and managing vendors and external partners for sustainable solutions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need 10+ years of experience in Digital HR/HRIS with SAP SuccessFactors experience, 3+ years in an architect role overseeing HR technology roadmaps within complex HR ecosystems beyond SAP SuccessFactors, including Pay Roll, Time Tracking, and other HR tools, experience with SAP CPI/Boomi integrations and multi-platform ecosystems, effective completion of digital projects and integration tasks within the HR field, extensive knowledge of GDPR compliance and security-by-design principles, and a Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT or a related field.
